The nitro features an Impact Racing first, a self-contained air filtration system that functions solo to purify inhaled air or in conjunction with on-board bottle air systems. Internal respirator type mask encloses mouth and nose and purifies inhaled air with external organic filters. External ribbing functionally reinforces the helmet. Pre-plumbed for immediate hook-up to on-board bottle air system. Built-in Headsock/Helmet skirt with fire resistant Kevlar eyeport gasket,and chinbar D-ring attachment
